Cancellation Policy

If booking a single class or workshop in a series, you may reschedule by tapping "View Appointment Details" on your confirmation email up to 24 hours before the class or workshop. Rescheduling is dependent on available spots in the future classes or workshops in the series.

If you are unable to attend a multi-week class or workshop and are seeking a refund, we require at least 72 hours’ notice prior to the start date of the course. A $55 withdrawal fee applies for multi-week class or workshops valued at over $100. Workshops or sessions valued under $100 will incur a $15 withdrawal fee. Refunds may take up to 15 working days to process. No refunds or credit notes will be issued for withdrawals when less than 72 hours' notice is given.

If Tracey Avery needs to cancel a booking at any time, e.g., due to illness, weather events preventing travel, etc., a new class or workshop will be scheduled or a refund may be offered.
